By accessing or using the KonnectHub website (the “Site”) or engaging KonnectHub for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
KonnectHub provides technical, drafting, documentation, automation-support, and project-support services, including but not limited to submittal preparation, CAD drafting, electrical and controls documentation, PLC and SCADA support, instrumentation documentation, and project documentation and coordination (the “Services”).
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Specific project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon separately, for example through a proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter, before work begins. These Terms govern general use of the Site; the specific engagement terms will govern the Services provided under that engagement, and in the event of a conflict, the engagement-specific terms control.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, drawings, specifications, and approvals necessary for us to perform the Services. Delays or inaccuracies in information you provide may affect our ability to deliver Services on schedule.
The Site and its content, excluding client-provided materials, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to KonnectHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership and usage rights for deliverables prepared for a client under a specific engagement will be governed by the intellectual property terms of that engagement.
We will treat client-provided project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the Services, as authorized by the client, or as required by law.
THE SITE AND ANY GENERAL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONNECTHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold KonnectHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
